My Book(s)

My fourth book

In the winter of 2014, I began working on a memoir about one woman’s mid-life transformation (mine) through walking the Camino de Santiago and chosing to be very brave after. I hope my book will inspire you to risk big and live your dreams.

I completed the first draft in November of 2015. A publish date of 2017 is likely, but fill out the form (click the link) below if you want an update when the publishing date is near and small updates in between.

Books one, two, and three

Before I began the memoir, I had originally set out to write three separate spiritual guidebooks for pilgrims. All three are at least halfway complete. Crazy thing: It’s hard to be an expert on other people’s journeys when you’re still discovering what happened on your own!

The first three books are currently simmering on the back burner until my memoir is done. They are about spiritual preparation (one), mindfulness in travel (two), and making meaning from your pilgrimage (three).

Come with me

In the meantime, I’ll keep blogging about the Camino. Thank you for reading and please subscribe!

Warmly,
Jen

  1. I’m hoping for the same difference in my life after my Camino in Sept -Oct. I too am a Type A personality with even longer to-do lists than you had before I go. I love your insights amd look forward to your book!

  2. So very true. I don’t think you get this transformation if you don’t do the whole Camino . My life has changed completely!! Just as you, I had a massive shift and I have been writing too, and even though I am an introvert, I’ve been compelled to do public speaking about it!
